The legendary Victorian house in San Francisco, recognized for its appearances in “Full House,” has officially been sold, bringing its former owners a delightful profit of several million dollars. This 4-bedroom home, located on the famed “Postcard Row” and also showcased in “Fuller House,” has been sold for an impressive $6 million, as per online records. This amount is slightly below the initial listing price of $6.5 million when it was first placed on the market in June of last year.

The house’s front door and bay window are instantly identifiable from the show, even though the interior scenes were filmed on a set in Hollywood.

However, the fact that the interiors weren’t featured on the show doesn’t take away from the stunning appeal of this 3,737-square-foot gem.

The 3-story pad boasts a top-floor master suite with a fireplace, spa-like bath, walk-in closet, and sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay — talk about a full house! The backyard is an English garden … complete with concrete slabs featuring handprints and signatures from the “Full House” cast.

Rachel Swann of Coldwell Banker Realty held the listing and represented the buyers.
