SANITATION WORKERS ON STRIKE!

Republic Services' sanitation workers went on strike yesterday and it has already affected pickups at around 37,000 homes and businesses in and around Memphis. The strikers are citing unfair labor conditions but temporary workers have been called in and trash pick up should resume by tomorrow.
