Amanda Bynes Naked In A Tanning Bed!

"In Touch Weekly" claims that AMANDA BYNES made a scene by walking through the lobby of a tanning salon NAKED.  A witness says, quote, "There was definitely something wrong with her."  Amanda denies it, and plans to sue "In Touch".  She says, quote, "I'm not 'troubled.'  I don't get naked in public.  I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired.  Please respect my privacy."
