MORE CHANGES ON FACEBOOK?!?

Facebook announced yesterday that they are rolling out a new feature so that users can reply directly to comments left on their page. So if you comment on a status, someone can comment on your comment, rather than commenting on the whole status. $338 MILLION POWERBALL TICKET SOLD IN NJ!!!

Over the weekend someone in New Jersey won the $338 million dollar powerball ticket. New Jersey Powerball officials will hold a news conference at 10 a.m today. CLICK HERE for more info or if you are just really jealous.

LARGE SPRING SNOW STORM IN THE MIDWEST!!!

A rather large storm system is burying thoughts of springtime weather across a number of Midwestern states causing dozens of canceled flights and dangerous roadways. It is traveling east into Pennsylvania today and is hoped to fizzle out by late tonight or tomorrow. CLICK HERE for more details!

ITALIAN FILM FESTIVAL AT UNIVERSITY OF MEMPHIS!!!

Starting tomorrow night U of M is presenting an Italian Film Festival. It is free and open to the public and will show films in Italian with English subtitles. THE ORPHEUM ANNOUNCED 2013-2014 BROADWAY SCHEDULE!!!

SATURDAY MAIL DELIVERY HERE TO STAY?!?

You will probably continue to see Saturday mail delivery for a long time. Yesterday congress passed legislation requiring 6 day mail delivery requirements, this comes after The US Postal Service decided to cut Saturday deliveries back in February in order to save $2.2 Billion annually. OUR TIGERS TOOK DOWN ST MARY'S!!!

Yesterday our Tigers beat St Mary's in a very close game with a final score of 54 to 52. This is our first NCAA win since 2009 and the first NCAA win for our coach Josh Pastner. Our win advances us to our next game in the tournament where we will take on Michigan State tomorrow afternoon, so be sure to wear your blue and cheer. To learn more, CLICK HERE!
