Madonna is at it again, this time flashing her famous assets in the Golden State.

Just two months after Madge listed her Manhattan duplex for $23.5 million, she's put her Beverly Hills home on the market at a slightly more tangible price point—$22.5 million!

Now, all those superfans who desperately wanted to live where the Material Girl did, but just couldn't scrape up that last mil (don't you hate when that happens?) have been given a second chance to set up shop in the pop diva's former digs.

The 17,000 square-foot home sits on a generous 1.17 acres of some of the priciest property in the country—smack in the middle of Beverly Hills.

The estate features 9-bedrooms, 15-bathrooms, two dining rooms, a screening room, assistant's offices (if you're buying a $22 million dollar home, surely you have a couple), a gym, two guest houses and a resort-style pool with a cabana, of course.

Madge purchased the pad in 2003 for $12 million.
