Well, actress KristenStewart and reality-TV personality KatVonD clearly know the answer; they've both fallen in love with the same slinky, calf-length Derek Lam dress.

K.Stew first wore the look back in 2011, during the height of her promotional whirlwind for Snow White and the Huntsman. The sexy star paired the red-and-black stunner with a wide belt, black pumps and a rakish chain at the waist.
As for Kat, she donned the dress for the 2013 Grammy Awards. She let her signature leg tattoos do most of the talking, but she also pumped up the oomph factor with a bright red Alexander McQueen platform sandal.
If we had to choose between the two interpretations, we'd have to vote for K.Stew; the belt adds just enough structure to pull the look together.
