FORREST CITY, Ark. (AP) - The Federal Correctional Complex at Forrest City is getting a new warden.
Anthony Haynes of Jessup, Ga., is to take over in November for T.C. Outlaw, who is retiring after running the lockup for five years.
The Times-Herald reports (http://is.gd/kozmMe ) Interim Warden John Fox made the announcement on Wednesday.
Fox will return to duty in Beaumont, Texas, once Haynes arrives.
The prison has had some high-profile inmates, including rap performer T.I., who was released last September. T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, did two stints at the prison. One was for a firearms charge and the second was for violating his probation.
