Every once in a while all the stars line up, and everything works.

Then it happens. A little miracle.

This is what happens when a mom is out of options. Jessica Miller's little girl Jayda loves Justin Bieber.

So what? Millions of little girls love Justin.

But this little girl has been through a lot and her mom's video told a story of a brave little girl who really through it all,  has been the kind of kid who makes a mom proud. She sent a link to her video to FIOX13 Good Morning Memphis anchor Valerie Calhoun who was touched.

"The fact that this little girl is 5-years-old and has had more surgeries in her life than most of us will have ever," Valerie said. "So this little needs a break. If she wants to go see Justin Bieber that going to make her world and I would love to see it happen."

Miller, a single mother of two was working at her job in construction on a home in East Memphis when FOX13 News reached out to her. We met her to find out more about Jayda.

"Tried to win radio contest. Tried to win any way I could and once the summer was over I realized we had only a month left before the concert," Miller said. "I kind of about desperate and just put it together and only expected to share with my Facebook friends. I had a lot of Facebook messages from friends with ideas to tweet it to Justin, his manager. A lot of people said try to tweet him because they give out tickets before the show. Then I tweeted it to Val, and next thing I know she tweeted back and said call your guys."

After meeting with Miller, we went to our friends on the morning show over at WHBQ 107.5 FM.

No surprise. They had also seen the video and after taking a second look the hip young morning jock melted just like the rest of us.

"We can put wheels into motion and take it up the ladder," said C.J. Lusk. "But need to ask the boss man. Make the call. Let's do it. All right."

Afterward, we met Jayda's mom again and told her the video we shot earlier had a glitch in it and needed to come back one more time.

Both FOX 13 News and Q 107.5 surprised Miller. She and Jayda received two tickets to the Nov. 1 return engagement of Justin Bieber at the FedExForum, compliments of Dr. Flinn Broadcasting.
