LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Organizers have opened registration for Little Rock's annual Big Jingle and Jubilee Parade.

The annual holiday parade is set for Dec. 1, and groups that want to participate have until Nov. 17 to get their registration in.

School marching bands and nonprofit community organizations are eligible for cash awards in the parade's float competition. Middle school, junior high and high school marching bands are eligible, with any cash awards paid to the band's booster club.

Top prizes are $1,000, and there are marching band and community group divisions.

The event is organized by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau.
