A Memphis mom face charges after smoking pot in her car with the windows rolled up (or "hotboxing) with her child in the backseat.

Police found 25-year-old Michelle Ball parked behind the Charles Poweel Community Center last night.

When the officer approached, ball rolled down the window and marijuana smoke poured out. In the car with her was a juvenile passenger and her two-year-old son.

Officers searched the car and found a joint underneath the front seat.

Ball is now charged with DUI, DUI Child Endangerment, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Violation of Child Restraint Law.
