Memphis police said 69-year-old Calvin Horton has not been seen since he left his home in the southwest part of the city Sunday morning.

Horton is 5-foot-9, weighs 170 pounds, and was last wearing a black polo shirt and pants, along with a black kangol hat.

Police say he is apparently off his medication.
