Methodist Healthcare celebrated Tuesday the halfway point of construction of its new Methodist Le BonheurOlive Branch Hospital.

Construction on the four-story, 100-bed acute care hospital near Highway 78 and Bethel Road is expected open in Summer 2013.

The event on Tuesday was marked with the blast of an air horn, a drum roll from a marching band, a huge yellow crane and a beam decorated with a Christmas tree and an American flag.
