A series of billboard ads attacking flight service in and out of Memphis are taking flight have been popping up all over the Bluff City.

A group of anonymous donors launched a billboard ad campaign and website called "Runway Robbery" and targets the high cost of flying in and out of Memphis  and the lack of intervention by city and Shelby County leaders.

Delta Airlines is Memphis' biggest carrier and it has been under fire for its ticket prices, and cutting 60 percent of its flights in recent years.

U.S. Congressman Steve Cohen (D-Memphis) has called for a federal investigation on the matter.

Low cost carriers Southwest Airlines and JetBlue have expressed interest to enter the Memphis market in the next year or two.
