On January 15, 2013, at approximately 8:25 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at 4650 Garden Oaks Way. Upon arrival on the scene officers located two males suffering from gunshot wounds. An ambulance was called to the scene. Paramedics pronounced one male, 27, deceased on the scene. He has not been positively identified. The second male, 26, was transported by ambulance to the Regional Medical Center in critical condition.

The preliminary investigation revealed three armed males entered the residence demanding money. The suspects fired shots striking both victims. A 25-year-old female and a 3-year-male were also inside of the home, but were not injured.

The suspects are described as three male Blacks occupying a silver Chevrolet Impala.

Homicide investigators need someone to come forward with information to help solve this crime.
