Hoarder killed protecting animals, points gun at police
CORDOVA, Tenn. (FOX13) -

A homeowner in his mid-60s was shot and killed by a Memphis police tactical officer Friday evening on Cameron Ridge Road in Cordova while being served an animal cruelty warrant.

The unidentified man was an animal hoarder, police said.

Memphis Police's TACT Unit made the house and entered the residence at around 6:20
