Lindsay Lohan Wants Her Assailant Prosecuted To The Fullest Extent Of The Law!
It's not every day we agree with what Lindsay Lohan has to say, but in this case, we're behind her 100%!The actress has reportedly spoken out about being attacked early this morning at the W Hotel, and wants her assailant prosecuted! BIG TIME!According to sources close to Lindsay, she's still reeling from being assaulted by Christian LaBella after confronting him about taking photos of her during their night out early this morning, and is now claiming that he deliberately befriended one of her friends at 1 OAK specifically to get close to her…which is further reinforced by the fact that even though the friend didn't join them at the hotel, HE still did!Furthermore, when LiLo realized that Christian was recording her with his phone, she grabbed it from him…only to find over 50 photos and videos of her already stored, which he had been e-mailing out to his contacts!AWFUL! What a violation!Meanwhile, her publicist, Steve Honig, has issued the following statement:"Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody.
