Ben Savage Says Girl Meets World Is Almost Here!!!
If only “almost” meant today. LOLz!If you haven’t heard, Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel have agreed to make a new version of their classic show Boy Meets World, only this one is called Girl Meets World… AND IT’S ALMOST HERE!Ben was asked about the project and said, “We’re almost there!”That’s far from a definite release date, but we’ll take it. “Almost” is better than nothing! He also made sure to clear up that it’s not trying to be the old show, saying:“Everyone associated with the show wanted to make sure that if we were to come back, that we weren’t going to do it in a way that was going to be a disservice to the show. No one wanted to really cash in, if you will, too early, or no one really wanted to do something that was going to be cheesy. … We want to do justice to the characters, and we want to make sure we respect people’s memories of the show.”That’s wonderful to hear.If there’s one thing we love, it’s a great thing building on another.Just please hurry it up already![Image via Ramey Pix.]
