Oh, Kim….We thought Lil' Kim was done with modifying her face, but looks like the rapper went back under the knife once again!She was spotted just a couple days ago leaving BOA Steakhouse in WeHo with a brand new face! Her cheeks seem to look a bit more plumped up along with a smaller nose and contoured eyes, which makes us think that she was more than happy to show off her new look!We get wanting a little nip and tuck here and there, but this is plastic surgery overload!
