It's Terminator 3: RISE OF THE MASHEEN ... because TMZ has learned, Charlie Sheen is slowly creeping back into his old warlock ways ... with a brand new goddess.

Sources close to Charlie tell TMZ, Charlie and 24-year-old porn star Georgia Jones got together back in October and she didn't waste a second ... immediately moving into Charlie's L.A. mansion. They've been happily shacking up since.

We're told Charlie especially likes Georgia because she only does girl-on-girl porn -- unlike his former goddess Bree Olson (2008 AVN award winner for best anal sex scene).

According to sources, this isn't just some fling either -- we're told Charlie hasn't felt this strongly about a girl ... well ... since his last goddess. (FYI -- Bree dumped Charlie via text message nearly two years ago).

Charlie and Georgia made their debut last week while on vacation in Mexico -- and we're told Charlie intentionally went public with her to show her off to the world.
