Police arrest substitute teacher on student rape charges

Olive Branch Police arrested former DeSoto County Schools substitute teacher Julie Pope of Hernando, Miss., on charges of statutory rape of a minor.

Charges stem from the 27-year-old's relationship with a 14-year-old male student.
