Detroit fugitive rapist believed in Memphis

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

U.S. Marshals from Detroit are in Memphis searching for Corey Gaston, a fugitive accused of raping a 10-year-old girl in 2007 and left town a year later before his trial.

Detroit police say in 2007 Gaston climbed into a little girl's bedroom, took her out the window and into an alley, and then sexually assaulted her.

Bill would OK judges to double on violent crimes
