Prayers surround 201 Poplar for criminals

Justin's mom upset DA didn't charge Shaw

Shirley Thompson plans to hire an attorney to investigate her son's killing after the Shelby County District Attorney won't press charges against Memphis Police Officer Terrence Shaw.

Shaw shot and killed her son, 15-year-old Justin Thompson, in September 2012 while off-duty near the Parkway Village area.
