More than 200 people joined hand-in-hand, wrapping around the Shelby County Jail today to pray for those who don't often receive prayers.

Shirley Thompson plans to hire an attorney to investigate her son's killing after the Shelby County District Attorney won't press charges against Memphis Police Officer Terrence Shaw.

Shaw shot and killed her son, 15-year-old Justin Thompson, in September 2012 while off-duty near the Parkway Village area.
