MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Twenty-six-year-old Eric Wallace of Memphis has been charged with rape of a child.

He was arrested after police say he ordered an 8-year-old boy to perform a sex act.

Wallace is being held on $150,000 bond.

Ex-policeman allegedly threatens Bolivar Elementary
BOLIVAR, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Former Bolivar, Tenn., police officer Trent Wilbanks will be in Hardeman County court Tuesday to face two charges of felony and misdemeanor harassment after using social media to allegedly threaten students at Bolivar Elementary School.
