U of M announces fall commencement schedule

Allocating $ for golf courses could cost $400K

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Four low performing golf courses are closed, for the winter, for now.

But the issue is not dead.

Whitehaven, Davy Crockett, Pine Hill, and Riverside golf courses are now all closed for the next few months.

The move will save the city about $42,000.

Police reveals redrawn precinct boundaries

Memphis Police Director Toney Armstrong unveiled his plan to the city council on Tuesday that will redraw the boundaries of the city's nine police precincts.
