Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello appear to have called time on their relationship for a second time.

The former Fifth Harmony star, 26, and Treat You Better singer, 24, were previously together for two years, regularly spotted packing on the PDA and sharing sweet posts on social media.

Their relationship saw them collaborate on hit song Senorita, and the pair appeared as loved-up as can be.

However they announced their surprise split in 2021, stressing it was a mutual decision and that their ‘love for one another as humans is stronger than ever.’

Earlier this year rumours began heavily circulating that they had got back together after they were seen sharing a kiss at Coachella, and over the last few weeks were spotted getting cosy on multiple occasions.

Just last week they appeared not to be able to keep their hands off each other while watching a Taylor Swift concert together – but reports now indicate it’s all over once again.

A source told The Sun that they have split again six weeks after reconnecting, having ‘tested the waters again after coming back into each other’s lives.’

‘But it was just a fling and they’ve put an end to it now.’

The insider added the pair ‘realised it was probably a mistake to give things another shot. Things ended between them the first time for a reason, after all.’

‘In reality, both of them know they aren’t right for each other romantically and now they just want to move on,’ they said.

Rumours the pair were back together started in April when they were seen locking lips at music festival Coachella.

And while a source denied they were back together at the time, more snaps of the pair seemingly on dates began to appear.

Last week, the former couple were seen with their arms around each other while watching Taylor perform in New Jersey, with Shawn seen leaning in to seemingly plant a kiss on Camila.

Earlier in the year he had been rumoured to be dating Sabrina Carpenter, which he then denied.
