Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman finalise divorce

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially finalized their divorce, ending their 19-year marriage. Court documents filed on Tuesday and obtained by Page Six confirm that the former couple have agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support.

Under the terms of the agreement, their two teenage daughters will live with Kidman for 306 days of the year, while Urban will spend “every other weekend” with them. Both stars reportedly earn more than $100,000 (£74,000) per month, which contributed to the decision to forgo child support.

All property, including investments, bank accounts, household furniture, appliances, vehicles, and personal items, will be divided by mutual agreement, with each party retaining what they currently possess. Additionally, both Kidman and Urban waived any claims to alimony or spousal support and will cover their own legal fees.

It is currently unknown whether the couple had a prenuptial agreement. Although a court hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, Kidman waived her right to appear, having just returned from Australia, where she spent the holidays with their daughters.

The separation was first revealed in September 2025, with Kidman filing for divorce on September 30, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The pair had reportedly been living apart since the beginning of summer 2025.
